The Water That Didn't Fall

The Water That Didn't Fall

This is a painted stop-motion short film I made as senior thesis at Istituto Europeo di Design (IED) in Rome. It's been shown in several international film festival, the last one was the Video Art Festival Miden of Kalamata (Greece), on July 2012.

In this short there is a fish. And that is obvious because he gasps. But also old people gasp, depressed in their beds, squeezed with the look at the damp patches of the ceiling. Indeed in this short there is not a fish. Indeed in this short there is somebody's desire to get back together with somebody who lost. That is, actually, not a desire, but rather a claim. Who to and how it ends, you'll only find out it watching.. ...even supposing that it's true.
